I like the Bosh+Rondo side better to be honest. Depends how deep your league is though.
Bosh > Al Jeff (by a lot right now, but they will probably be close to even by later in the season)
Rondo > Wallace (could depend on what categories you need, but Rondo is looking like a fantasy stud)
waiver wire pickup ??? Redd (if you're in a deep league, Redd is way better....if it's a 10-12 team league with small rosters, I don't think the difference here would be enough to make up for the difference in the top two guys)

This is at least a good trade to consider, and maybe worth taking.
Rondo and Bosh are both killing it, but so is Gerald. Al Jeff has looked better and Redd is an injury ? mark. Put it this way, I totally get why the guy who offered it to you did. He is capitalizing on Wallace's hotsteak and the fact that Redd is uninjured. A.J. is the big name to entice you, and show you there's upside despite the fact that he's having a subpar season.
On the other hand, Bosh has been one of the best players in the NBA so far, and Rondo is a fantasy machine. You should consider who you'd have to drop too as being part of the deal. I say no deal and counteroffer for somebody better than Redd to be included.

I think I'd keep Bosh and Rondo I have little faith in the ability of Jefferson, Wallace, and Redd to stay healthy.
