My turn for help please - $$ Keeper League

Post#1 » by jorgo » Thu Nov 19, 2009 4:39 pm

Here is my squad + first page of waiver wire sorted by % owned. I had the worst draft imaginable, so this is my only team that isn't in a top 3 position.

I am 10th of 12 in a standard 8 cat roto league. 5 players are kept for the following season.

Keepers at this stage would be: Granger, Bynum, Oden, Yao, Gerald Wallace.

So Jameer Nelson and Crash have been killing me. I need assists, points, FG% the most.

1. Who is a legitimate trade target for Al Harrington?

2. Does Gerald Wallace have any trade value? Who would you trade on your team for Crash?

3. Time to drop Turiaf? For who?

4. Any other suggestions?

A few names for Harrington. Any of them straight 1 for 1? Bad trade for me?
Elton Brand
Zach Randolph
David Lee
Kevin Garnett
Nene
Joakim Noah (value much higher than a 1 for 1)
Jason Thompson

1. See if you can get a Russell Westbrook or someone similar to him...

2. Because of the composition of my team my offer for Gerald Wallace (Nate Robinson + Chris Andersen) would be far below market value...

3. Chuck Hayes, Marco Belinelli (4 games next week), post the next page or two of the waiver wire there may be someone else worthy of being picked up...

I'll probably go for Hayes (dropping Turiaf) and lose my Waiver priority (6 of 12).

Of the guys you listed I would only be wary of trading for Brand...

I'm not a big fan of Elton, but if you believe he's going to step things up with Speights out then now is probably the time to trade for him.

I've offered Gerald Wallace+Al Harrington+Anthony Parker for Deron Williams+2 fillers. It's a pretty close deal. I think I'm really just looking on to next season, so my keeper would go from Crash to Deron. The other owner is seriously considering it because he has Kidd, Terry, Diaw, Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce+Larry Hughes to cover assists.

Also offered Harrington for most of the guys above, and not much love. Grabbed Hakim Warrick from free agent for Ronny Turiaf. Will see how Warrick goes tonight. If no good, then I'll submit request to get Chuck Hayes from Waivers.

As for screenshots:

1. Take screenshot (Alt+Print screen) of your team.
2. Paste into Paint and save file.
3. Go to http://imageshack.us/ and upload photo.
4. Post Reply/Start new topic.
5. Click IMG button and paste your imageshack 'direct' link in between the
6. Post.
