Drew Gooden a good pickup?

Thinking of picking up Drew Gooden but I guess it depends on Dampier's availability.
It's a roto league so I don't want to make any short sighted moves.
I'm 2nd last in rebounds at the moment, so Drew's rebounding will help a lot.
Guys I'm considering dropping would be Channing Frye or possibly bite the bullet and drop Anthony Randolph. I have K Love too, but since rebounding is a weakness dropping him would be counter productive.
I'm only thinking about Frye b/c I have Nash, Jet, Mo Will, Rashard, Tyreke, Chalmers and Morrow all capable of hitting treys.
