Marvin Williams is waiver wire fodder. His stats always fluctuate and he's been "looking" for his shot since he came back from injury last year. I think he has to show serious consistency before you keep him longer term. I'll bet you that if you drop him, and someone else picks him up, Marvin may have a good game here and there or go on spurts, but definitely throw in a few stinkers.

one thing I've learned, don't ever hold a player that's hurting your team just because you're afraid of someone else picking him up. Don't hurt your team in order to stop another from helping their team.
Every team needs at least one guy that can be rotated dropped for match-ups, the hot pick up of the week, etc. If you don't have that person, then make it marvin. If you're already rotating several players, and dropping Marvin would mean having a third player or so on rotation, just keep him, he'll get better. Some people really like him, 1 three, 1 block, 1 steal or soemthing like that.

yeah but you also need to know which guys to not drop from the WW. I picked up Marc Gasol there and won't drop him all season. My 3 worst players are tony parker, thaddeus young, and mario chalmers. Are these guys rotation fodder for the WW... no. you have to be careful not to get "grass is greener" syndrome.
