Fantasy wise who is better for my team. I have Hedo atm. Standard 9 cat head to head. I made the offer because I need steals but still not sure if it was the right offer to go for.

I'd rather have Hedo.

Hedo gives you better percentages and make more 3s per game. Jackson's +3ppg is not worth all the horrible FG% you're going to live with having him.

Oh, and I'd trade Jennings right away. Best time would be after a great game which he is bound to make in the next game or so. And I'd trade him (not necessarily a one on one trade) for a guy Gerald Wallace, since I think your team needs help with steals and is doing fine with the dimes with Nash leading that category.
