J.Smith/C.Duhon vs. T.Ariza/B.Jennings

Post#1 » by capoltorta » Sun Dec 13, 2009 10:54 pm

12 team standard roto. 1st place.
FG% - 8 points
FT% - 3
3PTM - 12 (+37)
PTS - 11
REB - 11
AST - 12 (+110)
ST - 12 (+62)
BLK - 9
TO - 1

PG - J.Kidd
SG - M.Ellis
G - T.Evans
G - B.Jennings
SF - J.Richardson
PF - A.Stoudemire
F - A.Horford
F - T.Ariza
C - J.Przybilla
UT - B.Wallace
UT - E.Ilyasova
BN - T.Young
BN - S.Hawes
BN - M.Chalmers
BN - J.Calderon

You can see how far ahead I am in STL, AST, and 3PTM, and that I'm punting FT%, so Smith is prime target for me. Been trying to package Ariza and Young/Hawes/Chalmers for him but he's not having it. He countered with J.Smith/C.Duhon for Ariza/Jennings, should I go for it? I definitely don't like the thought of having both Chalmers and Duhon on my team, but I really don't need Ariza's STL or 3's, and I wanted to sell high on Jennings a while ago. Here's the kicker, the guy with Josh Smith is the guy ahead of me in BLK and REB so it's a plus for me and minus for him in those categories. On the other hand, I could just stay put and let the newly acquired Przybilla make his mark.
