Drop J.Williams..pick Ford / Conley??

Going to drop J.will since his stats are declining and i haev jameer nelson coming back in a week or so...who should i pickup to replace the pg stats...ford or conley....ford seems to be picking up his game especially with granger out but conley seems to be improving his game too with Memphis picking up their game...
