Randy Foye or Andre Miller?

Who is the better Arenas replacement? I need assists - but some scoring punch doesn't hurt. I'm worried that Miller (who I currently have) is going to be losing major time with Blake back and Bayless in the mix.
or I could pick up Hinrich...but he kinda sucks.
