I'd consider taking the deal.
The deal of Caron to the Mavs will lose Terry some minutes. So when Paul comes back, you'd have two bench players on your roster if you don't make the move. Stuckey is a solid PG.

Yeah, both Terry and Collison will likely lose minutes in the near and not so near future, respectively. Stuckey could see his production rise if Prince or Rip are moved as has been rumored.
