Pick up Blatche and drop Kaman??

Post#1 » by jdizzle72 » Sat Feb 27, 2010 8:47 pm

I am currently first in my 10 person H2H league and my team is
Kidd
Wade
Brooks
G Wallace
Zach Randolph
Carl Landry
Kaman
B Lopez
Tyreke Evans
Monta Ellis
Troy Murphy
Al Jefferson

Kaman has not been great lately and Blatche has been putting up insane numbers since the Wizards trades. Would it be dumb to drop a player like Kaman who is putting up 20 and 9 all season for Blatche who has only been playing well for a month?

If you wanted to keep Kaman....then I'd drop Murphy. The problem is that your roster is full of PF/C. If you want to keep your only 3pt shooter....Murphy technically gives you something that the rest of your PF/C don't.

If you don't care about 3pt shooting...I'd drop Murphy. He's a PF/C that rebounds and puts up SF stats ( not a great FG% for a PF/C since he's a jumpshooter ).

Kaman's scoring has dropped off slightly over the last 5 games but his rebounding is up. He might not be putting up spectacular numbers but he's still a solid play in all formats. I'd be looking at Landry or Murphy.
