Depends who you are dropping, if you are in a head to head or roto and if you have playoff spot locked up already

Del Negro has recently stated that Noah could be out awhile, of course if the player you're dropping is serving no use on your team then go ahead.

If he's out 3 weeks... He's back for the fantasy basketball playoffs... If you can stomach the loss of a roster spot he could be a nice pickup down the road.
