OG extension/sign and trade?

With a lot of proposed OG trades floating around, it’s hard to determine his value without an extension. Simple question - when can he be part of a sign and trade?

They can, but (a) an extend and trade was not the simple question you asked about, and (b) the odds of him wanting to sign any extension are probably 0 or less, because the extension limits are well below his perceived value.

He should be a FA in July 2024.
