Extensions of the Draft Class of 2004?

Several players got extended and while we can find useful info on Kris Humphrees, Al Jefferson, Jameer Nelson, Devin Harris and Dwight Howard .... that cannot be said about Kevin Martin's extension.

Can somebody help with Martin's salary through the years? I would appreciate it. All I know is that he got 5-yr, $50-55 million extension that might start around $7.8 million. Is there any options in it?
