I have a TPE question

Lets say Team A has a TPE of 2,500,000 and Team B has a player making 2,000,000 this year but is PPP

-My question Could Team A use the TPE to acquire the PPP player from team B?

Are you talking about today or in general about a trade during the season?

What are the terms of his next contract?

If you're talking about today, when does the TPE expire?
