Qualifying offer for scrubs?

I know that every offseason its tough to find out whether marginal players were extended a QO. Anyone know if Solomon Jones was extended one by the Hawks?

Here's one I'm not sure of - for players who had their rookie contracts expire after only 2 years (i.e. their first optionw asn't picked up), if they sign a one year contract after that, can they become a RFA after the end of that second contract, since they'll only be three year veterans? Or does the special exception made for such players whose options on rookie scales that says that they can't be RFA's also cover that second deal?

I'm specifically thinking of Shannon Brown.

Does anyone know of a good source for the actual list of free agents, ESPN doesn't seem to have anything (unless you're an insider, and screw that), NBA.com's seems quite inaccurate and so does Yahoo.com's.

I don't believe Joey Graham got a QO from Toronto, or Cartier Martin from Charlotte, or Acker from the Clippers, or Gardner from Atlanta, or Richardson from Orlando, or Rob Kurz from Golden State

Kinsey, Jackson and Williams all have conditional contracts with Cleveland.

I also agree that Singleton is Restricted.

Not that you guys care, but I did update the list I made. I mainly used the info Sham posted on his site. The only questions were regarding James Singleton, Ryan Hollins, CJ Watson & Rob Kurz, all of which he did not indicate if they got QO's. I assumed that they did.

Thanks to Gump & Dunk for the help. And a big thanks to Sham for all the info, my spreadsheet would not be the same without you.

Edit: changed would to would not, kind of a changes the whole sentiment huh.

Kurz and Richardson didn't, Watson Singleton and Hollins did. Didn't put this on my first draft for the simple reason that I didn't put alot of things on my first draft because I rushed the bastard. Am throwing up all the updated data soon.

Are teams allowed to withdraw a QO before the moratorium ends?

sure. They can withdraw anytime before July 24. Didn't Orlando specifically withdraw its QO to Darko 2 years ago in the middle of the Moratorium once it had agreed to terms with Rashard Lewis?
