How much cap space would the Knicks have if...?

Post#1 » by sportscrazy » Wed Nov 18, 2009 2:42 am

If the Knicks had to use Wilson Chandler and Jordan Hill to dump Eddy Curry and Jared Jeffries and only had Danilo Gallinari and Toney Douglas on their payroll, how much cap space would they have assuming the cap were in between $50.4 Million and $53.6 Million?

About $35 million - about $40 million if they renounced all their exceptions (MLE, BAE, etc)

They won't get their exceptions in the first place. Teams can have exceptions or cap room, but not both.
