can a sign and trade player be packaged with other players?

Right now teams can't sign or trade players.

Under the previous CBA teams could combine players freely in sign and trade deals. There were a few complications that often limited this. Players due a significant raise (generally young players coming off of rookie deals) were BYC making salary matching difficult (except where adds a player with cap space which is how the simplest S&T deals were done)

Also, each player needing to sign a contract effectively adds a party to a deal. A 2-team deal with 3 sign and trade players involved is as complicated as a 5-team deal with no sign and trade players involved.
