Can players with a team option be traded on draft day...

Or to be more specific, can Hakim Warrick and Francisco Garcia be used as non-guaranteed salary fillers on draft day 2012?

I thought you had to pick up a player's team option to trade him on draft day, but wasn't totally sure so I tried to look it up, but sadly I wasn't able to find the rules regarding this anywhere.

Am I confusing it with player options or am I simply to dumb to find it?

If there is no future year contract in place, a player cannot be traded after the season ends.
