Sign-and-trade constraints
Can the Mavs sign-and-trade Noel and trade wes matthews together for Deandre Jordan? Can you only S&T one player or can that player be packaged with other signed or S&T players to another team for their player?

Re: Sign-and-trade constraints
There aren't really any constraints like that on a S&T deal.
You can package players with a S&T (such as the KG/Pierce deal where the Nets included a S&T with a bunch of other contracts to match salaries). You can have more then one S&T in a deal, and involve more then 2 teams (such as the deal that sent Iggy to GS, which officially also had a S&T from Utah to Denver and a GS salary dump to Utah).
The constraint is that every S&T in a deal adds another party that has to agree. That means more ways for deals to break down.
