Is there a good place to track who still has exemptions remaining, if not are we able to compile a list here.

Pincus at basketballinsiders does a great job with it. It'll take a little bit for all the contract details to come in, and be filed, as to whether or not guys signed with cap space, via S&T and TPE's/trades, or via exceptions, though.
