The players and owners have to reach some compromise on the BRI. I think something around 51% to the players is fair, maybe flexible from 50% to 52% depending on revenue increases.

I think where the system needs to be changed is how individual players are compensated. I think the cap almost has to apply to each player. Teams should be limited to 1 or 2 max level players.

These players will continue to be underpaid, but should have some type of revenue sharing.
There should be 2 slots for players who are stars, but not super stars(these would probably be in the 8 to 10 million dollar range). Then there should be slots to fill out the remainder of the rotation(about 4). After that there should be 5 slots about the minimum maybe 1.5 to 1 million and then
