Sham has Billups contract listed as becoming fully guaranteed 5 days after the end of the 2011 season... Does anyone know when those 5 days begin?

Is it:
5 days after the end of the regular season?
5 days after the Knicks are eliminated from the playoffs?
5 days after the NBA Finals end?

As I understand it, it's 5 days after the final game the Knicks play in the playoffs.

Thanks! I was under the impression it was 5 days after the end of the regular season but I had no reason for thinking that way
