New CBA-Rookie Contract

I need to know what exactly has changed in the new CBA on first round draft picks contracts. In the previous CBA rookies sign two years guaranteed,two team options and one more(qualifying offer). Their salaries was calculated according to the rookie scale. Now?

Thanks, so if i want to calculate a 1st round pick salary i have to look 2011-2012 scale, right?
