Group licensing boundaries

Hi everybody, first time poster here.

Business related question, the NBPA has a "group licensing" agreement with the NBA. Can anybody tell me the boundaries of this?

How does this licensing agreement work internationally?

Also, does this mean that the NBPA cannot license out their players attributes such as images anymore?

Curious as to how this reflects and is covered in the new CBA.

Looking forward to a very healthy discussion, thinking of doing something NBA related in South America, but hopefully can negotiate with the NBPA directly(and hopefully be cheaper).
