can odom get back to lakers?

layers who are traded and subsequently waived can't re-sign with the team that traded them for one year or until the end date of their contract.
IF odom be trade from dallas to another team,and the team that received him waive odom,can lakers sign odom back during one year(from december,2011 to december,2012)?
