Supposedly Brand, Haywood, and Darko are all going to be amnestied, which sets up some neat strategic dilemmas. But I'm curious - do teams have to bid on them all at once? Or is it in sequence? If so, how is the sequence determined - just by when a team officially notifies the league office?

Teams can bid on them at any time during the 48-hour waiver period, and they have to have the cap room to cover all their bids.
