When can teams next amnesty a player?
Obviously a team gets just 1 amnesty clause in the 2011 CBA. I think it would be silly if that's the only one they got for the rest of the history of the franchise. I'm guessing you get it back when the next CBA is signed, but I'm not sure. Does anybody know?
