Rumors abound over possible Howard for Blake and Bledsoe trade but im under the impression Bledsoe cannot be part of trade, can someone clear this up for me.
Ive read that the lakers cannot acquire players via sign and trade, unless the trade reduces their payroll to the extent that its under the tax apron - Is that correct? Given the lakers huge payroll and the fact that Bledsoe is a restricted free agent and would have to be signed (right?) He couldnt be included in a Griffin Howard deal, correct?

Bledsoe isn't a free agent this summer.
