Can three picks be involved in an option to swap?

Let's say Detroit, Chicago, and Phoenix all own their firsts clean in 2016. Could a trade be made among the three teams that stipulates, in part, that Chicago gets the highest of the three picks, Phoenix gets the second highest, and Detroit the lowest?
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Sixers did this last week with the Warriors. Two best of Miami/OKC/GSW go to Philly, lowest goes to the Warriors. Don't see why adding an extra team would be any different.
