Joel Embiid contract

Does Embiid only have two years left on his rook deal or did he not get credit for the two years he didn't play?

He was paid (and obligated) per the contract for his services, will continue to be, balance of contract is getting shorter day by day. He has 2 more seasons on it, if the Sixers pick up his 4th year option.

Also, while he is eligible for Rookie awards (ROY, All-Rookie), he is credited with 2 years of service despite not playing.
