Is there a limit to how many guys you can have under contract?

I know there is a limit of how many guys you can have active (15?) but what about under contract?

In offseason, 20.
Regular season, 15 (with some rare exceptions granted by the league at times, due to injuries).

Sorry forgot I asked this already. Got a lot going on.
I know this forum is so busy that too many threads can become a big problem.
