Should teams be able to extend any of players to a max contract

Like a full 5 year deal at the max instead of the 3 year deals they allow now .
If they allowed you to extend for max Aldridge likely signs an max extension in Portland in 2014 and Durant does same thing in 2015 with okc

Your thesis is messed up.
1 The 3 year limit was only applicable to an "extension" that occurs BEFORE free agency.
2 There was nothing to keep them from signing with the old team during free agency, and for a longer deal as well. As a free agent, both Aldridge and Durant could have signed a 5-year deal at the max with their old teams, if they had wanted to.
3 Reality is, when they were free agents they left - and signed SHORTER deals with a new team rather than a longer deal with their old team - because they wanted to change teams more than they wanted an extra year.
4 In addition, the new CBA has changed extension rules. So your complaint is pretty much moot, in relation to calling for a rules change.

If Aldridge was offered a max contract in 2014 he clearly would sign it unlike in 2015 as in 2014 the blazers future looked very bright and seemed like they would be a contender in a couple years . In the 2015 season Wesley Matthews tore his Achilles , batum got injured and many other things what caused Portland to collapse at the end of that season .
Also at the end of 2014 the 2 teams of the future in the west were supposed to be Thunder blazers , and nobody expected the Warriors to be even a contender let alone be as good as they became .
The things in the 2014 and 2015 off-season were remarkably different

Not sure what the point of this thread is, to be honest. They'll never change the ability for players to be able to decide to leave, after their contract ends, for any reason or no reason.
You wish the rules somehow were rewritten to cater to a specific situation and reverse it to suit you. Okay. But they won't be.
And the salary rules weren't the real issue, with Aldridge and Durant. Everyone knows, that what made them want to leave was the sense that they could never win a ring if they stayed where they were. "Can't win here" = "Bye bye Aldridge and Durant."

Except you keep forgetting to account what a difference 1 year can make
In 2014 the Blazers were expected to be contenders for the NBA championship along with the thunder in the west in the future
The Warriors didn't seem like the were going to be great
Aldridge publicly stated in 2014 that if it was possible to sign a max extension then he would have
The Blazers in 2015 collapsed after many injuries what broke up the core
2014 and 2015 situations were totally different

Perhaps some or all of what you just said is true. But, with all due respect, so what?
The rules aren't going to change.
The problem really wasn't the rules anyway. It was that Aldridge decided he wanted to play elsewhere.
Players are allowed to change their minds about what they like. They can leave your team and play elsewhere, if they wish. That's life.
Rules have already been changed to try to help teams keep their players. But that's still no guarantee.
Teams can be just as fickle as players. See Cousins, Demarcus.
