What is the total salary limit that the Bucks can be at to still give Brook Lopez the full MLE?

They can't exceed the apron. There's some special accounting that is part of determining whether they pass the apron, but generally they will be okay if they don't pass the tax line by more than $5-6M. So their salary total will have to stay under $137-138M, counting that MLE and everything else, and it's a hard limit.
