May a player signed via the Diabled Player Exception be traded later that same season?

I didn't find any specific answer to this in the CBA faq so I would assume the rest of CBA rules applies:
- tradeable three months after signing a contract or December 15 of that season, whichever is later,
- his salary depends on the amount of the DPE granted.

Yes (assuming they are eligible to be traded under the various trade rules).

The DPE is just a permission to allow adding salary when a team is already at or over the limit on salary (aka the "cap"). Once a player is acquired using that particular cap exception (or any other, for that matter), there is no distinction.
