1 most amount of money a team can pay to take a player in a trade?
2 amount of money to buy a draft pick. Is there a l limit? Are there prices for 2nds vs 1sts?

Each team has a limit each season of how much money they can trade away during that season (July 1- June 30) in all their trades added together. They also have a limit of how much one they can receive in trades.The number is the same each way.
For 2019-20 it was $5.617M. The number rises or falls with the cap, so presumably it will be much smaller in 20-21.
If you use that opportunity, and if so how you use it or split it or don't use it, is up to you.
