Yes, traded player exceptions, when used within a trade (rather than saved for later as a non-simultaneous TPE), can be combined for salary matching.

Also, to keep in mind, Base Year Compensation could come into play, depending on what amount of raise (if any) the player is signing for as part of the S&T.
