Did the Knicks use their Bi-Annual Exception to sign Morris? Can't see how it could have been their MLE since they spent it all on Jeffries

Yes, I believe they used a portion of the BAE to sign him last spring, because they didn't have one to use this year and they paid him more than the minimum.
