Trade restriction
Gordon Giricek has a trade restriction that prohibits the 76ers from packaging him with another player in a trade. Would it be seen as circumventing the salary cap if the 76ers traded him in a deal with another team that wants expiring contracts, such as Memphis, and then entering into another trade with the same team for another expiring contract (ex Kevin Ollie). The goal for the 76ers is to somehow acquire Mike Miller. For example, the 76ers trade Ollie, some picks and some other contracts to make the numbers work to Memphis. Memphis probably would not think that package is enough, thus the two teams enter into a second deal to include Giricek. The end result in Memphis acquiring at lease two expiring contracts and the 76ers getting Miller.

I'm not sure why the Sixers would want to take on Miller's contract, but for the sake of discussion...
If the teams make two simultaneous trades that work independently, there is no problem. They can be viewed as separate deals, and since Giricek is being traded alone, both deals can go through. If the teams make two simultaneous trades that do NOT work independently, Giricek cannot be included.
Example: with both teams still over the cap, each team can only take in 125% + $100K of the salary they send out.
Version 1
The Sixers trade Ollie, Thad Young, Shav Randolph and Louis Amundson for Mike Miller, and simultaneously trade Giricek and a pick for Warrick, Brown, Jacobsen and Navarro.
Both trades work independently, so this is okay.
Version 2
The teams try the same deal, but without Thad Young. This time, the Ollie/Miller part of the deal FAILS the CBA test...the only way to make the money work is to move Giricek into the Philly package, which is not allowed. Therefore the "combined" trade fails.
