Next year's salary cap, luxury tax, exceptions.

Does anyone have any predictions on what the numbers will be for next year. Things such as salary cap, luxury tax, mid-level salary exceptions, etc?
Salary Cap - $58M
Luxury Tax - $70M
MLE - $5.6M
