DANIEL GIBSON SIGNS MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT WITH CAVALIERS

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Daniel Gibson has signed a multi-year contract with the team, Cavaliers General Manager Danny Ferry announced today. Per team and league policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Anyone have any idea what he signed for.

A few people around the net have said "well-informed sources" have said the deal is for 5 years, $27.5 million.

There are partial- or non-guarantees on the final season, but I don't know what they are.

Danny Ferry likes to give out incentives (Marshall, Hughes, Gooden) so there's prolly some of that going on too.

That seems like a pretty unusual salary structure, it really shows how impossible it is to accurately predict these type of things. With that said and in hopes of not having a ton of new threads for each individual player, does anyone have any inside info on other players new contracts?
