Buyouts?

Questions: There's no CBA rule which says that when negotiating a buyout, that it has to be at least for a certain amount of the current deal is there? It's strictly up to the player and the team he's negotiating with right? Thanks for the answer.

You can negotiate a buyout for $0 if both the team and player agree. Derek Fisher did.
