Minimum salary cap holds

Free agent cap holds for minimum salary players are the "portion of minimum salary not reimbursed by the league." (via CBA FAQ).

My question is which year is used, ie $797,581 (the 08/09 figure for players with 2 years of experience) or $825,497 (the 09/10 figure for players with 2 years of experience).

Also, for players with fewer than 2 years of experience, is the 2 year figure used, or are the 0 or 1 year of experience figures used?

Two follow-up questions:

1. For minimum salary free agents who have been out of the league, is the current minimum salary used for calculating their cap holds? Or is the minimum salary of the year they last played used?

2. In the case of Calvin Booth, where he's on a minimum salary contract, but received a raise that put him above the minimum salary, is his free agent cap hold based on the minimum salary or on something else?

The applicable hold has to be for the cap year in question...because that is the amount it takes to fill that slot. Basic logic.

Booth's cap hold is based on his $1,319,651 salary.
