Is the last year of Rafer Alston's contract partially unguaranteed? I saw that it's listed that way on Sham's site, but couldn't find it listed that way on any other site.

Also does anyone have the exact number on how much the trade exceptions the Nets got in the Vince Carter trade are worth?

i read somewhere that it is now fully guranteed becasue he was active for 70 games last year.Also, when can Nj trade him? Is there a 60 day waiting period? or can Alston waive that?
