Is this really George Hill's salary structure? (taken from Sham's site):
2009/10: $1,081,680
2010/11: $771,440
2011/12: $1,390,906
2012/13: $2,052,978

If you'd like to know how Hill is pencilled in to earn less than the minimum salary, we discussed it here once before:
