Linas Kleiza Signing

With him signing overseas, I know Denver still has his rights, but will he remain a RFA if/when he comes back next summer or the one after? And with Denver having had extended the QO to him(which I believes acts something like a cap hold until the player either re-sgins or signs elsewhere in the NBA), would that stay on their cap figure for this season? And finally my last question, assuming it does stay on the cap figure, would it also be used when calculating their luxury tax number and payment?

Any information about the situation would be appreciated. I really don't know much about this kind of thing is handled, since it obviously hasn't occurred very often.

Denver retains Kleiza's ROFR as long as they give him a QO for next season by July 1. His current QO would not be included in LT calculations.

Similar situation to Josh Childress I guess, it only feels different since Childress is American...
