Does anyone have an ongoing spreadsheet on which teams have paid tax each year? Or a link to such a list showing the taxpayers from year to year?

I know borderline teams jettison salary at the deadline, and I'm having a hard time finding archived mentions of actual tax paid prior to the summer of 2009 via Google.

Thanks for any help.
