Teams' Salaries?

Does anyone know where I could find the history of a team's salary (preferably total). I know a couple websites have the current year's team salary, but the best I could find was basketball-reference, go to a team's page, look at a specific year, and then add all the player salaries up.

Is there a website that list the salaries like:

06-07 Cle $50 mil
07-08 Cle 60 mil
08-09 Cle 70 mil
09-10 Cle 80 mil
