I know RFA's cap hold is 300% previous salary not the QO, but what is the cap hold for a veterans rites?

example Haywood makes $6m this year what is his cap hold?

There's nothing uniform about it. Depends on their previous salary and on their Bird rights situation. A table breaking down of the various types can be found here;
