MLE proration

So the Hawks are one of the few "contenders" who still have their MLE to spend. I know the MLE prorates as the season goes on and you aren't allowed to offer the full amount anymore. If the Hawks were to offer their full MLE to someone how much could they offer?

I show $4.456 million today, decreasing about $13,500 each day.
