when i go to the main general board page the wiretap is at the bottom now. not sure if this is a bug or on purpose but just wanted to say i liked having it above the topics so that i could get a recap of news before i went to the forums

This is an intentional decision. We received feedback over the years about moving it down the page. It makes an especially big difference in reducing the time it takes to scroll on mobile.
